At the Tribute Store, our only goal is your satisfaction. To ensure this, we stock only the finest flowers, plants and sympathy gifts available to help the families you reach out to move through the grieving process and create special memories to cherish for years to come. All of our suppliers must meet strict standards for design and workmanship, and we work closely with these providers to make certain that every order placed is fulfilled promptly and accurately.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact our Tribute Store advisors at 866-834-4420 as quickly as possible. We are happy to help you reach a satisfactory resolution to your issue, but be aware that we must adhere to the following policies:
For the return of time-sensitive items (including live plants, trees and perishable sympathy foods), we require notification within 7 business days of the receipt of merchandise.
All other return claims must be initiated within 30 business days of the receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
Any sympathy gift being returned must be in new condition with all of its original packaging.
We do not require the return of floral arrangements sent to the funeral home or to family residences. If you are dissatisfied with the arrangement sent, contact us directly at 866-834-4420 for resolution options.
Return Policy Exceptions
Please be advised that personalized items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive in a damaged or defective state. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our staff at 866-834-4420. We will be happy to send a replacement at no charge once the original item has been returned and received.
We are also unable to issue returns for any apparel or beping items that show signs of wear and/or having been washed.
Placing Your Return
To determine whether your purchase is eligible for a return, contact the Tribute Store directly at 866-834-4420. Please keep the following in mind when processing your return:
Tribute Store merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, along with the original packing slip.
Credit will be issued to your account as soon as your items have been received and processed. (Please note that it may take as many as two full billing cycles for your credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.)
We recommend insuring your package for the purchase price of your merchandise when shipping it back, as we cannot assume responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
The original shipping and handling charges assessed on your order - as well as any postage and shipping costs associated with your return - are not eligible for refund, unless you received a damaged item or the incorrect item.
Restocking fees may be assessed on your return. Your Tribute Store advisor will inform you of any charges to be applied before processing your return.
Once your return is processed according to the terms above, a refund will be issued to the initial payment source used to place the order. The refund issued will reflect the actual purchase price of the item, taking into account any sales or promotions used in the initial purchase. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your returned item and credited your account.
